We serve commercial facilities in Baltimore, Jessup, Hanover, Columbia and surrounding Maryland areas, including offices, industrial sites and warehouses. Share your city so we can confirm coverage. We do not provide residential service.
What does the free 20-minute walkthrough include?
A free 20-minute walkthrough that includes an introductory infrared scan — not a free complete infrared inspection. Subject to scheduling confirmation. We walk the facility, scan your priority equipment with infrared, and discuss your priorities and access requirements to help define an appropriate inspection scope. A complete infrared inspection is quoted separately.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your request is saved for review. Guardian Predictive Solutions reviews your facility details and contacts you using your preferred method to clarify the scope and next steps. A walkthrough is not booked until a time is confirmed with you.
